• Spin The Wheel is provided as a free-to-use online tool for creating customizable spinning wheels for random selections.
• You are responsible for any data (text entries for the wheel) that you input into the Service. All such data is stored locally in your browser's storage and is not transmitted to our servers.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service to generate or display content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of spin the wheel and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both USA and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of spin the wheel.

The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code that constitute the client-side application are provided for the functioning of the Service in your browser. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of this code, outside of its normal operation within the browser for using the Service, is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us.

3. Data Storage and Responsibility

• The Service utilizes your web browser's local storage to save your wheel entries and customization settings. This data is stored on your device only.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur due to clearing your browser's cache, local storage, or any other action on your part or failure of your device/browser.
• We recommend using the "Export" feature to back up important lists of entries.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
• Spin the wheel, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

While the Service uses an algorithm designed to provide random selections based on the entries and weights you provide, it is intended for entertainment, educational, or informal decision-making purposes. We make no guarantees regarding its suitability or "fairness" for legally binding contests, official lotteries, or any situation where strict, audited, and certified randomness is required by law or regulation. The user assumes all responsibility for the application of the results generated by the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
